Martial Arts & Coaching

In our country, we uniquely combine martial arts and psychology, so we use already existing proven methods in a novel approach.

During our individual coaching sessions (90 minutes/session), you can experience your limits through personalized exercises and develop areas such as communication, handling high-stakes situations or conflicts, and setting motivational goals. All this in a safe, friendly environment where you get immediate feedback on your progress.

Our training programs are designed to help groups achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will learn from experienced professionals who will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and resources you need to succeed. Some of the topics covered in the programs include:

In addition to imparting the knowledge and values ​​inherent in martial arts, we help everyone's personal development with special methods.

My values:

I have been involved in combat sports for more than 40 years, during which time I have achieved the title of master in several martial arts styles. However, my basic principle is that a master is not qualified by ranks, but by successful students.

Since 1991, I have been giving group and individual training sessions, participating in the training of the special units of the police and other armed forces. I have also assisted in the preparation and publication of several books on martial arts.

Our various self-defense courses have been running successfully for years under my leadership. During my work as a trainer and instructor, in addition to self-defense techniques, I convey the outlook on life inherent in martial arts to my students.

I am constantly improving my theoretical and practical knowledge, researching reliable sources.

I will work with you with empathy and consistency to achieve jointly defined goals and for your development
